Danari Media, Inc. (“Danari,” “we,” or “us”) operates Danari Media PPC at danarimediappc.com. This policy explains information handled when you visit this website or contact us about our business services.
Information you provide
Our inquiry forms ask for your name, business email, company website, and campaign requirements. Optional details may include your role, target locations, monthly click goal, preferred ad format, campaign objective, and your message. We also receive information you choose to send by email, telephone, or WhatsApp.
The public website does not offer account registration, payment processing, public profiles, comments, or social networking features. Please do not include passwords, payment card details, health information, or other sensitive personal information in an inquiry.
How inquiries reach us
The homepage media-plan form sends the information you submit through FormSubmit to contact@danarimediappc.com. FormSubmit processes the submission to deliver your request. The form on our Contact page prepares a message in your email application; you must send that email for us to receive it.
If you choose to contact us through WhatsApp, that service processes your communications under its own privacy terms. Email and telephone providers also process the communications you send through their services.
Website requests and browser storage
Loading a website involves sending technical information, such as an IP address, browser information, requested page, and request time, to the hosting provider. Hosting and delivery services may process request information to deliver pages, maintain security, and diagnose errors. Some images are loaded from external image providers, which receive the technical information needed to deliver those images.
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, estimates a visitor’s city, country, and approximate coordinates from their IP address. We use this information during the request to display local city and geographic targeting examples. We do not request your device’s GPS location, send your IP address to a separate geolocation service, or save this location in our application database, cookies, or browser storage. The browser receives only the example area and city names. Approximate location can differ from your actual location, particularly when using a VPN or mobile network. Hosting providers may still process technical request information as described above.
This website uses a cookie named danari_cache_reset, with a one-year expiry, and a local browser-storage entry named danari-site-version to help your browser display the current website instead of an old cached version. The storage entry remains until it is updated or you clear it. These items do not contain your inquiry details.
The current public website does not include analytics tags, advertising pixels, or cross-site behavioral tracking. It does not change its behavior in response to a browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal because it does not use those tracking features. You can clear cookies and local storage through your browser settings.
How we use inquiry information
We use business inquiries to respond to your questions, discuss campaign requirements, prepare media plans or proposals, and follow up on the services you requested. We may also use related communications to maintain business records, resolve issues, protect against misuse, and meet legal obligations.
When information is disclosed
Information passes through providers that support website hosting, form delivery, and business communications. These include FormSubmit for the homepage form and our email provider for correspondence. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights or security, or as part of a business transfer subject to applicable law. External services you choose to use have their own privacy policies.
Retention and security
Retention depends on the purpose of your inquiry, whether a business relationship follows, and any recordkeeping, dispute, or legal requirements. You can contact us to ask about information associated with your inquiry or to request deletion. No website, email service, or method of transmission can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can ask to access, correct, or delete information you provided, or ask us to stop optional follow-up communications, by emailing contact@danarimediappc.com. Identify the email address used for your inquiry and describe your request. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing information. Legal obligations and other applicable exceptions may affect what we can delete.
Depending on your location and whether the relevant law applies, you may have additional rights to information about collection and disclosure, data portability, correction, deletion, restriction of sensitive-information use, or opting out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. Where applicable, California law also protects against discrimination for exercising privacy rights. Contact us to exercise an applicable right or ask about our handling of your information.
California residents may also request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing under California Civil Code section 1798.83, where applicable. Requests can be sent to the email or postal address below.
Children
This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can review and address it.
Changes to this policy
We will post revisions on this page and update the effective date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
